Crochet Granny Squares..

Hi dear Friends,
This is a very sunny August Day.. I like summer so much. I like hot days and I don't like feeling cold.. Actually I like resting at home..:))
I bought new yarn yesterday as I want to make a granny square blanket or shawl.. Last night I made 2 different crochet granny squares. I am not sure which one I will make for shawl or baby blanket..
Here they are..

Well the second motif is easier and I think I will make the second motif..
Happy happy days...:))

  8. Hii Beck,
Thanks for all your kind and sweet words! I found your blog and am its newest follower. You do have a great knack for clicking photographs and your crochet work is very creative. Both the squares are nice, tho i liked the first one more :) Do keep dropping in!

  9. Hi again Beck,
I'm so glad to have met you. I also love crochet and am thinking you could alternate the two squares, do both and mix them together. It might be pretty. But if one is much easier than the other, of course you might just want to do that one all the way throughout the blanket. Please let us see a picture of what it looks like when it is done.

  10. I like the round spindle center of the 2nd square. That's an unique twist on an otherwise traditional design. Also, the yarn you purchased looks really soft.
